Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you've been wondering about the show: Bible translations, extra resources, and how to get involved.

What translation of the Bible do we read on the podcast?
We read from the NIV (New International Version).
Where can I find the extra resources (maps, charts, printables) from the show?
Head to the Resources tab in the main menu, that's where you'll find all the maps, charts, and printables tied to each book we've covered.
Can I be a guest on the podcast?
We love that you want to join the conversation! Right now, Bible Book Club isn't taking guests. Never say never, though.
How do I donate to the podcast?
You can support the show directly from the Donate page: every gift helps us reach more people.
How often do new episodes come out?
A new episode drops every Monday.
Do you go through the whole Bible in order?
Yes! We began in Genesis and are moving book by book, each book its own "season." You can start your listening journey with any of the available seasons.
Can I jump in partway through a season, or do I need to start from episode one?
Jump right in! Each episode stands on its own, though if you want the full arc of a book, starting at the beginning of that season is a great way to go.
Where can I listen?
Wherever you get your podcasts: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and more.
Can I use Bible Book Club for my own small group or Bible study?
Absolutely, that's actually how this whole thing started. Many listeners use the podcast alongside their own group studies, and our show notes and resources are designed to help with that.
Is there a reading plan or schedule I can follow along with?
It's really up to you! We provide the content, you set up the study according to your schedule. For example, pick a book of the Bible from our library. Each week you can listen to an episode, review any available resource attached to the episode, and then meet with your group to discuss. Or you can reference the homepage to see what book we are currently studying and follow along as a new episode drops each week.
How can I get in touch with the team?
